From the total reservation amount, we subtract the commission of the site where the reservation was made. After deducting the site commissions, we subtract the Rent&Relax commission.
Our contracts are flexible, with no defined duration. The owner has complete freedom to terminate whenever they wish, only committing to honor dates already booked by guests (if applicable).
