From the total reservation amount, we subtract the commission of the site where the reservation was made. After deducting the site commissions, we subtract the Rent&Relax commission.

02. What is the duration of the contract with Rent&Relax?

Our contracts are flexible, with no defined duration. The owner has complete freedom to terminate whenever they wish, only committing to honor dates already booked by guests (if applicable).

We require all guests to have verified profiles and provide details about their trip, ensuring a peaceful and secure stay for everyone.

We always seek to obtain feedback from our guests, encouraging them to leave a review, answer any questions, and share any other comments they may have.
